- The company was founded in Changsha
- Officially launched CDCM modeling technology
- 2015
- XTOMP was officially released and won first place in the Companies to Watch category of the Best in Show awards at the 29th NAMM Show, becoming the first Chinese company to receive the award
- Nominated for the Bluetooth SIG Asia-Pacific finals
- Became a member of the China Musical Instrument Association
- 2016
- Won the Best Innovation Award in the inaugural Industry Technology category at Music China
- Recognized as a Hunan Province High-Tech Enterprise, a Changsha Science and Technology SME, a Changsha High-Tech Zone Gazelle Enterprise, and a Changsha Science and Technology Little Giant
- Became a member of the National Technical Committee on Musical Instruments of the Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC371)
- Won the Excellence Award at the 5th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Hunan Division) and the 3rd Hunan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, advanced to the national finals, and won the Enterprise Excellence Award
- 2017
- Won the Excellent Exhibition Award at the Hunan sub-venue of the National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week
- Established a wholly-owned cross-border e-commerce subsidiary and launched the Sonicake brand
- 2018
- Won the Guitar China Technology Future Award at the first China Musical Instrument Association event
- Became a member of the Hunan Cross-border E-commerce Association
- Won the Recommended Product award at the Music China Global Industry New Product Premiere
- Ampero, the comprehensive amp modeling effects processor, was officially released
- Officially launched CDCM HD modeling technology
- 2019
- Established a strategic school-enterprise partnership with Xinghai Conservatory of Music, regularly sending instructors to deliver lectures
- Passed the Hunan Province High-Tech Enterprise re-certification and obtained Intellectual Property Management System certification
- 2020
- Led the formulation of two industry standards for effects units: General Technical Specifications for Multi-Effects Processors and General Technical Specifications for Phrase Loop Recording Effects Units
- Hotone Ampero Stomp was shortlisted as a new product at the 2020 Music China Global Industry New Product Premiere
- Became a member of the Changsha Association of Enterprises and Institutions for Science and Technology
- 2021
- Recognized as a Changsha Specialized and Sophisticated Little Giant Enterprise, a key Hunan Province industry-finance integration manufacturing enterprise, and a Changsha Smart Manufacturing Pilot Enterprise
- Became a standing director unit of the China Musical Instrument Association
- Achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification
- Named among Changsha's Outstanding Software and Information Technology Service Products of 2021
- Ampero was included in the 2021 Changsha Innovative and Creative Products list and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Innovative Consumer Products list

- The professional USB audio interface Jogg was nominated for Best Computer Audio Hardware at the 36th Annual TEC Awards in the U.S., making it the first Chinese hardware manufacturer shortlisted for a TEC Award

- The Bluetooth smart MIDI controller (EC-4) was included in the MIIT Innovative Consumer Products list

- The Soul Press II wah pedal was nominated for Best Musical Instrument Amplification & Effects at the 37th TEC Awards
- Won the Excellent Organization Award for the Year of Talent Development in China's musical instrument industry
- 2023
- Recognized as a Hunan Province Innovative SME and a Hunan Province Specialized and Sophisticated SME
- The company's project Technology Based on Composite Dynamic Circuit Modeling Method with Algorithm Loading and Replacement via Mobile Application won First Prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China National Light Industry Council
- Won Third Prize in the new-generation IT industry semi-finals (Growth Enterprise Group) of the Hunan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
